After being back in the United States for two months, and in Iowa for one, I finally have a plan of action developing for the next stage of life. Like all things in life, this plan could (and probably will) change at any time, but at least it will get me moving in a good direction.

I am going to take on a full weekly schedule of saxophone and guitar students for private music lessons. I have a couple of saxophone students so far, and am really enjoying the opportunity to see them progress week-to-week. It is fun to reconnect with music after being away from it for the last few years. Teaching music lessons also allows me with enough time to continue taking graduate classes from Liberty University. I have really enjoyed studying some new topics through their online program during the past year.

If I am able to put this plan into action then I can get my masters degree in a couple of years and will have a number of appealing options open to me after that. I wanted to let any readers who are still checking in on me to know where I'm at and what my plan is going to be for the forseeable future. I'll keep any important life events posted on this blog, so feel free to check in every once in a while. I would love to hear from anyone who is in the Iowa area and wants to get together. It looks like that's where I'm going to be for a while.
